Because each Love, Santos piece is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to sizing issues, change of mind, or general preference.

Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact lovesantos.art@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

If approved, a replacement or refund will be arranged.

Each request will be reviewed thoughtfully on a case-by-case basis.
