Each Love, Santos piece is made to order and personally reviewed before shipment to ensure quality, care, and attention to detail.
As an independent artist-led brand, we handle every order intentionally from creation to delivery.
Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, Love, Santos ships only within the United States. We are not currently offering international shipping.
Processing Time
Please allow 7–14 business days for order production and quality preparation before shipment.
Some made-to-order items, original artwork, and limited collection pieces may require additional preparation time. If extended processing is needed, customers will be notified.
Shipping Time
Once shipped, standard domestic delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.
The estimated total delivery time is typically 2–4 weeks from the date your order is placed.
This includes made-to-order production, personal quality review, packaging, and shipment.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product type, packaging needs, and destination.
Customers are responsible for shipping fees, applicable taxes, and any additional handling costs associated with their order.
Order Accuracy
Love, Santos is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses submitted at checkout.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Love, Santos is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and work toward a resolution.
